So Full

Breakfast was my spinach/asparagus fritatta, lunch was my boring salad with avocado, cottage cheese and garbanzo beans, and dinner was a late visit to Yummy Mongolian BBQ.  No more than 400 calories, even with 1/2 cup of spinach soba noodles.

So tired...so full...zzzzzzz
