Must Remain Vigilant!

Breakfast was a sugar free vanilla latte, thanks to my laxity in wrapping up a slice of quiche to go.

Lunch was better, but still store-bought; a tuna salad from Subway.  I then treated myself to a salted caramel.  I feel the 8g carbs were worth it.

Dinner was tofu and asparagus with some Yumm! Sauce.  Have you heard of Yumm! sauce?  Oh my word...
A little goes a long way and 1 Tbsp has 1g carbs.
