The Most Important Meal of the Day


Saturday morning breakfast of a 2-egg + 2-egg-white omelet stuffed with sauteed kale, red pepper flakes, and an ounce of goat cheese.  Sided with 4 sliced strawberries marinated in balsamic vinegar.  If the Self Nutrition Data website is to be believed, this little breakfast only cost me 337 calories.  Can you imagine if this were a restaurant omelet with hash browns, bacon and coffee?

Time to walk to the dog park and try to work up an appetite for lunch...
