This'll be my breakfast for the next 6 work days. Baked omelet/fritatta thingie consisting of 6 eggs, 8oz crumbled tofu, various cheeses, spinach and asparagus. Top with fresh salsa and you're jammin.
Lunch today was the usual boring salad plus garbanzo beans, avocado and cottage cheese, but dinner was AMAZING!
Two cold water lobster tails, broiled with garlic butter, plus "fried" Brussels sprouts and cauliflower mash. Pinkies were out!
