Boring diet day. Bran muffin for breakfast and two nearly identical salads for lunch and dinner. The only difference is the lunch salad had 1/2 cup of cottage cheese on it.
1 Romain heart, some kale, some spinach, 1/2 an avocado, grape tomatoes, 1/2 a tablespoon of pine nuts and 1/4 cup of chick peas, plus Newman's Own Lite Balsamic dressing.
1 small apple with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter for an after-dinner snack.
What I really wanted was natcharoni and cheese. It's something I made up in my head consisting of nachos and macaroni and cheese.
